The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore China Town and enjoy street food stalls. Using the local river boat service was a great way to get around and avoid tourist traps. The hotel had all the necessary amenities and a well-decorated room.
Felt quite safe, no complaints at all.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the train station with good links to most of the city. It is also close to everything you could need or want, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, the hotel is just a short walk down the river from the water boat stop, making it easy to explore the city by boat.
The noise from the street can be bothersome at night.

I had the most comfortable bed at Oriental Heritage Residence, it was so cozy that I didn't want to get out of it! The location was perfect, with Chinatown just a short 10-minute walk away and the river taxi only 5 minutes away. It was definitely great value for money.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met. The beautiful decoration of the rooms added a touch of elegance to our stay. the location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was near the French embassy, not far from the Skytrain station, and also close to the Riverfront. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the comfortable beds in the rooms. I also loved the location near the river and the fact that it was in a calm area, away from the busy streets of the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms on the top floor were beautifully furnished. I also appreciated the curtain in the bathroom, which provided some privacy.
